Jim is a strategic advisor to public and private companies with substantial experience in negotiating and executing complex M&A transactions, particularly in the energy industry. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate governance and securities matters. Jim also advises issuers and investment banking firms on securities law matters in a broad range of equity and debt financings.
