Caroline Jones is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Practice group at Baker Botts. She counsels U.S. and foreign corporations during criminal and civil antitrust investigations by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. She also defends clients involved in civil class actions alleging price-fixing, bid rigging, and market allocation and assists clients with internal investigations and compliance programs.

Prior to joining Baker Botts, Ms. Jones interned in the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition. She also received the Carl J. Ruskowski Clinical Legal Education Award for her representation of clients in her law school's clinical program.
