Elisa Beneze is an associate in the firm's litigation group, with a focus on antitrust litigation. She has represented clients in matters involving merger litigation against the Department of Justice and private Robinson-Patman Act and Sherman Act litigation. She also has experience representing clients in antitrust leniency applications before the Department of Justice and merger advocacy before the Federal Trade Commission. She also has experience in civil RICO litigation, shareholder litigation, and internal investigations. Ms. Beneze has represented pro bono clients in petitions for actual innocence, landlord-tenant disputes, and represented indigent defendants facing criminal charges.

While in law school, Ms. Beneze interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois and with the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Prior to law school, Ms. Beneze served as the Confidential Staff Assistant to the United States Special Counsel and was a Project Associate at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research. During law school, Ms. Beneze served as Editor-in-Chief for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. She also provided legal assistance to veterans through the Medical Legal Partnership Clinic in coordination with the Nashville Veterans Administration Hospital.
