Poupak Anjomshoaa focuses on international arbitration and projects in the energy, construction and engineering sectors, particularly in petrochemicals, power and infrastructure projects, in South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
From legal and commercial issues to the challenges of the boardroom, Poupak uses her more than twenty years of experience to provide clients with the best possible advice to meet their goals. She brings to clients the strength of her skills as a barrister, as well as the insight and experience of serving as general counsel and company secretary of a large, midstream/downstream oil and gas company for four years.
In her in-house role, Poupak dealt with all legal aspects of the day to day operations of the group. This included handling all disputes, negotiating a broad range of project documents and other commercial agreements and working closely with the commercial and technical teams.
