Mr. Scheinfeld is a first chair patent trial attorney with 35 years of experience. His representations involve a broad range of subject matter in the technology sector, including semiconductors, electronics, telecommunications, cryptography, payment systems, and magnetic media.
From 1995 to 2017, Mr. Scheinfeld was the bimonthly patent and trademark columnist for the New York Law Journal. He has published more than 100 patent and trademark-related articles addressing a range of timely topics. Mr. Scheinfeld also taught patent law as an adjunct professor of law in New York for six years. He was a member of the firm's Executive Committee from 2008-2014, the firm's New York IP Department Chair from 2003-2018, and the New York Partner-In-Charge from 2014-2019.
