DALLAS, December 9, 2014 – Texas Air Composites, Inc., a Fort Worth-based aerospace services firm, was sold to Aviation Technical Services, Inc. of Everett, Washington by means of an all-cash merger. The transaction was structured as a reverse triangular merger in which Texas Air Composites became a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATS. All of TAC’s outstanding bank debt was retired in connection with the transaction. ATS obtained financing for the transaction from Union Bank of California.
